The Guarantee:

We're so confident you’ll love The Calm ADHD Blueprint that if you’re not satisfied for whatever reason, we'll issue you a refund.

There will be no refunds for change of mind or for incorrect purchase.

Eligibility:

In order to be eligible for a refund, you MUST have had access to The Calm ADHD Blueprint at a minimum of 24 hours and have and be able to show the following:

1. Your proof of purchase of The Calm ADHD Blueprint from The Wealthy Hut on behalf of Jillian Thresher.

2. Completion of the full The Calm ADHD Blueprint verifiable by The Wealthy Hut on behalf of Jillian Thresher.

Refund Request Deadline:

You must lodge your claim within the first 14 days of purchasing The Calm ADHD Blueprint.

For example, if you purchased The Calm ADHD Blueprint on 1 March 2024, add 14 days and the date would be 14 March.

The refund would need to be lodged on or before the 14th of March for a full refund.

No refund requests will be considered if not lodged within the described timeframe.

Miscellaneous:

1. “You”, “Your” and “Yours” for the purposes of this guarantee means the original purchaser of the course.

2. All currency references means US dollars.

3. The Calm ADHD Blueprint reserves the right to verify the validity of all refund claims made. If your claim is assessed as valid, your refund will be paid into your nominated bank account by electronic funds transfer.

4. The Calm ADHD Blueprint has absolute discretion to determine whether Eligibility requirements have been satisfied entitling you to a refund.

5. The Wealthy Hut, reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process or for submitting a claim that is misleading or fraudulent.

Failure by The Wealthy Hut to enforce any of its rights at any stages does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

6. The Wealthy Hut, has 60 days to assess refund claims from the complete submission of all related evidence.

7. If a claim is approved, The Wealthy Hut will make process payment within 30 calendar days of approval.
